::OLD:: Conocken ::2006+2007::

These are old pictures of Conocken drawn back in 2006/2007.
Conocken being my white ixi off of Neopets.

They were drawn back when I drew by hand, outlined using Ultra Fine Point Sharpie Markers, and colored using Crayola Colored Pencils.

Here is what I typed up earlier about each picture:

First Picture- The first thing about this picture that makes me cringe are the proportions. The second thing is his huge eyes! Other then that, for some reason Conocken is wearing fingerless gloves in this picture. I apparently originally designed him to be wearing gigantic boots, but they were taken off in later designs.

Second Picture- Why is he only wearing one of his four bracelets in this picture? Though I do like his spiffy jacket I don't understand why he isn't wearing his necklace. Why is he smiling, anyway? Isn't he suppose to be a pessimist?

Proportions and eyes are still terrible. How does he even stand up with that waist?? O_O

Third Picture- Conocken's back story came to me in a dream I had where Conocken and Dinocken casted magic using music. In the dream Conocken and a blue ocarina (that looks suspiciously like Link's from Ocarina of Time), and Dinocken had an identical one, only it was red. Realizing that Conocken's ocarina was far to much like Link's, I later replaced it and gave him and Dinocken flutes instead.

As for the picture, we see he has lost his shoes. This isn't all that uncommon as I rarely draw shoes on my characters anyway. I'm not entirely sure why he isn't wearing any of his bracelets though. How did I manage to forget to draw four bracelets?

Fourth Picture- This one is probably my favorite out of Conocken's old images. It is still terribly disproportionate and he still has those huge eyes, but he is at least drawn with his normal sad expression. He is still missing three of his bracelets and his necklace. We see the return of his spiffy jacket as well as his boots, for some reason.

I love how I only completed four pictures for Conocken and yet I never drew the exact same design twice.
